My client, a leading Engineering company are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to
join their expanding team based in Blackburn, Lancashire
The successful candidate will have responsibilities that will include the development and implementation of some
marketing and promotional activities, including web design, graphic design, PR & copywriting, trade shows and corporate
events, social media activity, presentations, database compilation and general administration tasks to provide support to
the marketing department.
The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level in a relevant subject and / or have previous experience
working in a similar role. Experience within InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Microsoft Office is
also desirable.
The jobholder must demonstrate commercial awareness, creativity, and good team working and communications skills. Being
able to work to tight deadlines and set targets is essential for this role
