Medical Communications Account Executive
The company/position:
A dynamic Account Executive is required by this Global Medical Communications Agency to control accounts and/or implement projects in order that the objectives of the client and the Company are met. This involves developing a strong client relationship and effective management of internal resources to ensure good teamwork and that Company standards are maintained. Clients are Blue Chip Pharmaceutical companies
Main duties
Client support
* Knowledge of client environment
* Basic knowledge of therapeutic area
* Agree and maintain schedules
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Agree communication process and working practice with client
* Able to develop relationships with clients
* Take and communicate client brief
* Dependent upon editorial for copy development
* Able to lead discussions with client on own projects
* Responsible for development of written proposals, budgeting, monitoring of budgets, timely invoicing, provision of invoice tracker etc
* Effective management of own time
* Good negotiation skills (external suppliers and with client)
Internal Liaison
* Effective and appropriate liaison with all relevant internal departments
* Ensure agreement and achievement of deadlines
* Help to ensure efficient working practices with other departments ensuring clear communication, briefing and feedback and promoting teamwork
* Understand and lead team in following Company internal processes
* Develop feedback process with manager and team
* Ensure clear briefing (and debriefing) of team
* Flexible to take on extra roles/responsibilities within the account team when needed
Delivery
* Ensure delivery of content and output to meet client brief
* Excellent project management and organisational skills to ensure projects are on time, on budget, on message/spec
* Clear written communication with client and internal team (e.g. proposals, status reports)
* Set up and drive processes to enable team deliver agreed financial targets in an effective manner
* Proactive and service orientated, aims to exceed client expectation
* Finisher/completer. Aims to exceed expectations
Business Development
* Very good knowledge of Company products
* Proactively develop business within existing account
* Look for opportunities for Company products within existing account
* Develop knowledge of client long-term plans for existing product
* Wide knowledge of client company and key roles
* Good presentation and communication skills

An award winning, independent digital media agency is looking for an enthusiastic PPC Senior Executive to assist the PPC account manager in delivering and managing search campaigns across different clients.
