Providing a bridge between the central marketing team and the region and taking the lead on local lead generation activity, you will support the regions CRM plans and provide consultancy on difficult site reviews in order to incorporate fresh perspectives and new ideas.

Overseeing the development of the Marketing Manager’s regional marketing plans to ensure fit with the group wide marketing plans, you will work with the Marketing Managers to develop and monitor pre-marketing strategies, ensuring all group-wide ‘national‘ initiatives are briefed into the region in a timely and correct way.

Driving a programme of continuous evaluation and improvement in all marketing activity, you will become the key point of contact within the marketing team for all activity plans, develop and launch best practice marketing toolkits in the regions and actively seek out cross-region territory opportunities to improve the impact and cost effectiveness of our marketing communications activity.

Working with the marketing manager to agree and monitor marketing KPI’s for the Midlands region, you will oversee the management of the regional CRM marketing budget to ensure all activity is on budget.

With previous experience in a marcomms role, you will ideally hold a degree in Business Studies or Marketing and / or hold a Professional Marketing qualification. With a positive can do attitude and a strong understanding of all aspects of the marketing mix, you will have the ability to put together marketing plans and measure success.

A strong people person who thrives in a changing environment, you will have experience in line management and coaching coupled with good delegation and excellent communication skills.

This is a full time 9 month maternity contract role and is not purely office based; a significant time will be spent travelling to head office in Bournemouth, around the developments in the Midlands region and visiting agencies, therefore the willingness to travel is a must.

Previous property marketing experience would be desirable, however this is not essential.
