Spanish or German Speaking Project Management Team Leader

Location: Central London
Salary £ 30,000 to £33,000 per annum

Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting for a Spanish or German speaking Team Leader for our client, an international Research company in central London. . Leading a small team of Project Managers and Project Executives, you will be responsible for maintaining high client satisfaction scores by ensuring the team is delivering high quality projects and keeping in regular communication with the client. The position requires a high level of problem solving; offering solutions to team members, clients and Service Delivery Managers.

Responsibilities

 Provide the leadership necessary to ensure the team consistently deliver projects to high quality and achieve client satisfaction
 Provide clear goals and direction for the team as well as ongoing training and mentoring
 Review processes and procedures to ensure the team's efficiency
 Monitor the team's workload, and the delegation of projects to relevant team members
 Responsible for a small number of complex projects
 Provide regular reporting of team resource and escalation of problem projects
 Responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships
 Responsible for inspecting all work produced by the team
 Act as a point of contact between the Team and other Departments
 Participate in the preparation of performance appraisals
 Increase performance and efficiency whilst maintaining a high standard of work

Requirements

 Fluency in German or Spanish
 Significant experience in fieldwork, quantitative marketing research and project management experience with a proven track record of managing projects to successful conclusion
 Online research experience preferable
 Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills,
 Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
 Able to demonstrate commercial awareness and business acumen
 A motivated, curious and proactive individual with clear thought processes and attention to detail
