Part-time Marketing/Proposals Administrator
We have a unique and exciting opportunity for a part-time administrator to join the Business Development team within our Renewable Power Division in Brighton. Owing to significantly increased demand from our existing and potential clients in this growing sector we require additional support. The division focuses on cutting edge renewable power projects such as wind, solar, hydro, carbon and environmental studies on behalf of developers, investors, utilities and governments around the world.
You will be reporting to our proposal co-ordinator, and the purpose of your role will be to assist in ensuring that all our bids/proposals/tenders are of the highest quality. This work is both challenging and rewarding as you will play an integral part in winning us work!
The role will involve taking ownership of updating and maintaining internal systems, creating reports from internal systems, formatting documents, co-ordinating information gathering, managing the printing, couriering and uploading of proposals and much more.
You will be self-managing, enthusiastic, organised and have an eye for detail. Strong communication and administration skills are essential, particularly with using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
